Last Practice July 16th
Final Nuts-practice of this season is on July 16!
This special practice starts at 18h00 and takes place in Oosterpark!
At 19h30 the practice ends and the Rulez Quiz presented by Marco Rietveld will begin. This is a nice way of testing your knowledge about the rules of ultimate frisbee and learn some new stuff.
The quiz will include:
- a jeopardy round!
- a sketch round!
- great prizes!
Don't be afraid you don't know any rules; after the quiz you will. This will make you a better player! So don't miss out on this great opportunity.
All Nuts and Spongebabes are invited, the quiz is free of charge. After the quiz we'll have a drink and head to the city for a bit of dancing (more on that later). A nice way to end this season!

We Got The Cup Back !
Last night the NUTS team ?Your Nuts? beat Adam & Eve in the final of the Amsterdam league!
It was a sunny afternoon and the nuts were ready to kick it into overdrive, making sure we got back the Amsterdam Cup to be once again positioned in the NUTS HQ.
It was an intense game in which them nuts had good flow and were just on fire. Adam & Eve didn' t have their day, as they say in Dutch Land. This resulted in a mad victory for With your Nuts.
The other NUTS team ?Our Nuts? lost the final for 3rd place by two points to Oetsers. Well done you yellow chickens!
It was a good match with both teams going for the win and giving it their all. A few more drops on our side and the Oetsers? superior girls got them the win in the end.

A Blasting Windup last weekend
Last weekend the Windmill Windup 2008 was held on the sports fields of Drieburg in Amsterdam. It was a blast:
36 open teams and 14 ladies teams battled in the sunshine for the title of WW08 champion. Beside that the Windmill offered a spanking beerrace, a hot and spicy performance by ROLF the band, crazy wicked DJ's at the best party ever seen at a tournament, the EC football match NL vs France, pizza, deluxe sandwiches, and much much more.
Thanx to a lot of NUTS who helped out befroe and during the tournament, this edition became the event we were all hoping it would be!
