How to join in three ways

Hey soon-to-be-frisbee-player!
If you want to join the NUTS and learn or continue to play the sweet game of Ultimate, this is the place to be!
On this page you can find three ways of joining with the NUTS: you can fill in a form, send us an email or just show up at one of our practices.
Are you thinking: "Am I good enough?", "What is a frisbee anyway" or "I'm scared of plastic", do not worry...
