The Local League of Amsterdam

Crunch organises City League. City League is a local competition which is designed to teach beginners how to play Ultimate Frisbee. Teams consist of men and women with various levels of experience, so experienced Ultimate players play together with new players. So experience is not needed to join. You can join individually or with some friends. City League is an ideal place for you to learn the ins and outs of the game and experience the feeling of playing Ultimate in a team.
